Ed has specialized in collaborative leadership, executive coaching, mentoring, training program development and facilitation, and quality improvement.

Through his energetic and motivating approach, Ed has been able to consistently enhance his clients’ abilities to integrate experience with learning to achieve their goals in work and life.

He has worked closely with a wide range of companies in both the public and private sectors including: Government (Public Service Commission, Human Resource Development Canada, Transport Canada, Transportation & Utilities, Manitoba Telephone System, Revenue Canada, Saskatchewan Power, National Energy Board), Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Banking, Airlines, Mining, Food & Beverage, Education, Technology, Utilities, Insurance, Human Resources and Recreation.

Ed’s professional skills were developed through an extensive training and development career in the air transportation business in addition to 15 years in the field of career management and career transition consulting. He is currently working on a Masters Degree in Continuing Education in Workplace Learning to further develop his ability to contribute to the industry.

Ed is a recent Past President of the Association of Career Professionals International (ACP International), Calgary Chapter.
