Hailey is an honors graduate in Psychology from the University of Manitoba who originally joined the Mastel Associate's search team as a summer student in 2007. To broaden her global scope, she embarked on extensive travels and in 2008 once again rejoined the team in the research department. She is outstanding at direct sourcing and consistently sets new performance records for making calls on behalf of our clients. Her friendly, polite and engaging nature is truly an asset to Mastel's search group. Hailey is bilingual in French and English.
