A former Vice President with Mastel Associates,
Murray recently joined the University of Calgary as Program
Director, Business and Professional Programs. In his ongoing
association with Mastel Associates, Murray continues to provide
comprehensive psychological assessment and related programming
in support of our retained search, career management and executive
coaching services.
Through many years as an external consultant
and an internal HROD specialist, Murray has gained considerable
experience helping organizations develop leaders, improve
group interaction and plan business processes.
Murray has facilitated specific client success
in processes for leadership and performance coaching, 360
degree feedback, team review, business planning and competency-based
position profiling. He has instructed in the University of
Calgary’s Masters Program in Leadership & Development
and in their Certificate programs in HR Management and Career
Development. He has also instructed the Transformational Leadership
course for the University of Phoenix’ MBA program.
Murray holds a B.A. from McGill University
and M.A. from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Registered
Psychologist and a Certified Human Resources Professional.
