Phillip is a Senior Consultant in our Calgary office and focuses his efforts in the Executive Search and Recruitment practice area. As a seasoned Senior Recruiter with over 11 years of experience in Executive Search, he has successfully completed many difficult to fill executive to mid-management level, and senior technical assignments both domestically and internationally. These assignments have been in a variety of sectors including: Energy & Natural Resources, Oilfield Services, Waste Management & Environmental Services, Manufacturing, Construction, Automation & Instrumentation and Retail.

Phillip immigrated to Calgary from South Africa with 20 years’ experience in a Power Utility (Eskom) which generates, transmits and distributes electricity to industrial, mining, commercial, agricultural and residential customers and redistributors.

Phillip is involved in the entire executive search process, from developing new partnerships with clients, composing the search profile, through to researching, assessing potential candidates, interviewing and consulting with the client. His keen research and analytical skills combined with his carefully developed, methodical and thorough processes, has allowed him to be successful in completing difficult to find technical assignments.
