Ross Gilker
President

Ross has recently assumed the responsibilities of President of Mastel Associates Ltd. He has been in the Consulting Industry since 1990, working with individuals at all levels and across a wide range of industries. He is one of our key leaders in our Executive Search, Career Management/Career Transition function at Mastel Associates. Ross has training and experience in numerous psychometric tests such as the MBTI, Leadership Architect and several other career assessment tools that have proven effective in helping clients to determine their career direction, as well as an understanding of what a good fit looks like.

Ross has a particular strength in helping clients who are interested in pursuing self-employment, either through consulting or small business ownership. He has previous experience as a partner in a career consulting firm and owner of a franchise brokerage business.

Ross graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Education. He is a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary and active in numerous sports and community activities.

Ross has assisted clients with transitioning into new career directions, secure job promotions and relocate to new industries.
