Career
Management Services
Applying
both the art and the science of career management to our services
enables us to select and tailor the most appropriate expertise,
tools and resources to meet the unique needs of each client.
First, we believe that every individual should receive a period
of transition support that will enable Mastel Associates to transfer
the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure his or her future career
success.
This is not to say that every employee requires a lengthy support
period: some people learn, gain confidence, set and attain goals
more quickly than others. Some are more independent and self-motivated.
Others need more help.
Considering the same factors used to determine severance packages
(e.g. age, length of service, level of responsibility, marketability),
we work with employers to build a career transition framework geared
to individual requirements.
Then, drawing from the following components, we create the right
service for each client.
Assessment and Planning
In-depth reviews of personality, strengths, development needs, motivations,
values and style using a variety of assessment tools including psychometric
testing. Clients work with a Mastel Associates' specialist to define
their assessment needs.
