Professional
Fees
We
deliver qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We offer search fees that are friendly in comparison to traditional
fixed retainer-based search pricing in Calgary.
Typically, the compensation level paid to the
new employee determines the amount of professional fee a search
firm charges. Rather, at Mastel Associates, if the client would
prefer, we will establish at the beginning of the search a fixed
amount that does not change, regardless of the final compensation
package offered to and accepted by the successful candidate.
All
minor office related disbursements such as telephone charges, fax,
printing, long distance, etc., within the Calgary area code, are
absorbed by us and not charged to you. Any major out-of-pocket expenditures,
such as advertising and travel, are billed to you at our cost and
must be approved by you in advance.
All
fees are discussed with you in advance of the search proceeding.
Performance
Guarantee
We
expect to be held accountable for the quality of our work. When
you engage us to perform the full search process, we offer the following
guarantee:
"Should
the successful candidate be terminated by you within six months
following commencement of employment for any reason that reflects
on our interview process, or on our due diligence process, Mastel
Associates will immediately begin a search to find another suitable
candidate to the original specifications. We will credit the amount
of the professional fee paid on a pro rated basis towards a new
search."
